About Me

I get up every morning because I love what I do everyday. I have the opportunity to listen to people and learn from them. I also have the opportunity to help solve their problems, even though in some cases I am not able to do that. Regardless of whether I am able to help or not, I have a new friend and potential advisor. Isn’t life great!

I grew up wanting to be the leader at everything I did. I wanted to be the captain of my sports teams, the leader in Scouts and head of my class in school. In order to accomplish that, I needed to be able to bring teams of people together to accomplish our goals. Those experiences were my grounding to become a leader in many companies during my business career.

As a drummer, a lyricist and music lover, I have learned that great timing is everything. That has taught me a great lesson. In business, there is a right time and a wrong time for everything. Sometimes I have been right and sometimes wrong, but those experiences have provided me with the wisdom to be successful far more often than not and certainly not make the same mistake twice.

As the father of four children and one with a disability, I have learned to listen, have patience, understand they are all different and have different needs from me. This has helped me to listen to employees and understand that if I do not help them understand what to do, how to do it and why to do it, I will not build a solid team.

As a husband I have learned that compromise is critical and that everything is not black and white, that there is grey in everything and if you can find the grey, you can solve every problem.

My goal is to use the accumulated wisdom I have acquired from my life experiences to support you in your business and personal growth. I want to have a relationship with you that is focused on you. If you are looking for a relationship that supports you, as opposed to selling you today's Flavour of the Month, ask me how I can help.
